Very Tasty First Cup in the Morning

Great first cup of coffee. Mild and not bitter. I have a Moccamaster Cup One. I use 11 ounces of filtered water and enough grounds to make a 12 ounce cup of coffee. The right ratio for me. It works well with my preferred coffee creamer. It also works very well in my pour over setup (15 ounces water to coffee grounds for a 17 ounce cup) and my French press (17 ounces water to enough grounds for 20 ounces). I suggest playing with the water to coffee ratio to dial in your best taste. I love experimenting with different types of coffee makers.
