So fast %26 easy to prepare. I recall my mother cooking rice on the stove in a pressure cooker. I took forever to make and if you weren't careful, the weight that balanced precariously on the steam vent on top would blow off and rice was everywhere! That's why we didn't eat it so often. Today, we're so lucky to have it in just 90 seconds in the microwave. This flavor, "roasted chicken" is my favorite. Tender, chewy %26 tasty.
