So far so good, that's why now I give it 5 stars. I've had it for about a month or 2 now, and I have no complaints. It's not really big or heavy, which is great. Arrived on time, in perfect condition, everything was in the box. It works great so far. Heats food up well, it's quiet, and pretty simple to use. I like it. Hopefully it will last a while.
