If you like rice, eat parboiled!

Parboiled is the best kind of rice to eat because the parboiling process helps the grain absorb most of the nutrients and results in a rice that has low carbs and low calories (that's why it does not stick after cooking). It also has a low glycemic index which is great for diabetics. Food to Live is the only company I have found online that sells organic parboiled rice and I absolutely love it. I have been eating this more than Basmati rice which is also my favorite.

An organic alternative to "Uncle Ben’s" rice.

Tastes very good - better than Uncle Ben’s. Plus no toxic contaminants. I have recipes that don’t turn out well with a rice that is not parboiled. Longer shelf life than whole grain rice.

Tasty and quick to prepare

I really appreciate this white parboiled rice because not only is it organic but even though it is white because of the process it maintains many of the same nutrients brown has.
