i been using this castor oil for about 4 months now and I'm now starting to notice a difference in my complexion. I really bought the castor oil for my hair it was extremely dry and every time I washed my hair i was losing lots of hair, though because of menopause i still lose some hair, but no where near what i was losing before. Since applying the castor oil my hair is looking healthier and feels so soft. i apply it in my hair once or twice a week usally in the mornings i leave it in my hair once apply i just put my hair in a ponytail and go about my day at home when your ready to shower you just shampoo and use conditioner not too much conditioner on day you apply the castor oil. Definitely works you do need patience tho its not an over night or even 3 weeks result i believe at least for me it took exactly 4 months when you will notice your complexion smoother and texture of hair healthier. would recommend.
