I love the chocolate cream replacement shakes! I make them with water and crushed ice, a few choc chips and a tsp of peanut butter powder, blended. It's like a milk shake! I've used them for 2 years to keep my weight loss off. I eat one for bkfast and one for lunch nearly everyday. I never get tired of them!
