Pick it up in person or don't bother.

The microwave itself seems pretty good, although I've only had it a few days so I can't speak to its longevity, and I like the controls. HOWEVER, it took me three months to get one that wasn't dented. FedEx is not a good shipper; I've received many damaged packages from them. And I had to keep reordering it from Walmart because they kept cancelling my order. Overall, getting a working microwave installed in my kitchen was a nightmare.

Good microwave parts can't find

This microwave is actually a great microwave however almost 2 years in the panel stopped working and the company always says it's out of stock and now we are going on 3 years now ...if I find the panel piece the microwave will work amazing

Never had a front door fall off of microwave

Front door fell off after a couple years. Never had a front door. Fall off of microwave. Usually microwaves are pretty indestructible. This seems like a very cheap one for how expensive it is. Plus it doesn't look like I can get a replacement door. Very frustrating.
