ThermaCare Menstrual heating pads provide soothing, calming heat that relaxes muscular contractions for effective menstrual cramps pain relief. ThermaCare Heat Wraps for menstrual pain relief send real heat deep into your muscles to relax contractions and relieve period cramps for up to 8 hours. The heat patches attach to the inside of your underwear and are thin and discreet enough to wear under clothing, on the go and while relaxing. To use these thermal pads, first peel away paper to reveal adhesive side. Next, place heat wrap on the pain area with adhesive side against underwear and not against the skin. Then, make any needed adjustments and firmly rub over the adhesive to lock in place. These calming heat pads will then start working to relieve painful menstrual cramps. It may take up to 30 minutes for the heat patches to reach therapeutic temperature. Read the full product labeling for complete usage instructions.

Instructions
Step 1: Make sure the skin where your're applying the wrap is clean, dry and free of any recent makeup, moisturizer or lotions. Step 2: Put the wrap flat on your skin. Make sure the darker heat cells are placed toward your skin. Step 3: Make adjustments to firmly "lock" it in place by attaching the Velcro to the elastic, but don't over tighten.

Completely and Utterly Invaluable
If you like heat during your monthly cycle these are a dream come true. Using heating pads can lead to burns (scars to prove it) and these are a wonderfully safe alternative. They heat up fast and last much longer than they state as well. In a pinch they can be used for needed heat anywhere you can stick them to your clothing as well. Can't live without them.
