These are very nice. It takes a little effort to get used to these if all youve ever cooked with was teflon pans. I like knowing that Im not getting any funky chemicals from the teflon coating. The key to these pans is cooking with low to medium heat and not trying to rush the process. The clean up is super easy with a soak for a couple of minutes.
