5-Pan Electric Bain Marie
Keep the precooked food at perfect ready-to-eat temperatures for extended periods with our Bain Marie Warmer. Just fill the water bath with water up to about 3-4 cm above the heating tube and place the five removable food-grade stainless steel pans on top. Set the temperature between 30℃ and 85℃ with the rotary button, to keep the food warm without sticking, burning, or drying out.
Stainless Steel Body
Made of all thickened food-grade stainless steel material, this electric steam table is anti-squeezing, durable, and sanitary. The thickness of the stainless steel sheets is up to 0.03-inch (0.7 mm).
Tempered Glass Shield
Our buffet soup warmer comes with a detachable tempered glass shield, 0.3-inch (8 mm) in thickness. Through the glass shield, the state of food can be directly observed, while ensuring food hygiene.
1/2 Food-Grade Pan
This table top food warmer comes with five removable large-capacity pans, made of food-grade stainless steel. Each pan is 12.8"x10.4"x5.9" in dimensions, 2" deeper than others, obtaining an additional 50% of the capacity.
Efficient Heating Tube
The 304 stainless steel U-shaped heating element adopts three-dimensional heating, with high-temperature circulation and a larger heating area for more efficient heat transfer.
Adjustable Temperature
You can easily set the temperature between 30℃ (86℉) and 85℃ (185℉) with the rotary button. With a thermometer to display the real-time temperature, and two indicators to show working status.
Considerate Details
This commercial food warmer is equipped with a drain tap to easily drain excess water. Each food pan is matched with a stainless steel lid to prevent dust from entering the food.
