Jacket arrived today - super quick delivery service. Impressed with initial look and quality. Sizing guide was bang on. Looking at comparable high end brands (which I won't name) in the same 800 cuin. and weight range this purchase was a no brainer. Picked up on sale for $50 vs other high brands at $400. Appreciate Decathlon commitment to sustainable practices and affordable price point. I'm not climbing Everest anytime soon. Can't comment on long term quality but nothing leads me to believe with proper care it won't last.

Fits like a glove, light like a feather

I saw many review mentioning that the jacket runs small and they got bigger than usual size. Most of my clothe (including jackets) is Large. Size Guide confirmed that I need Large size for this jacket and I'm glad I went with that size. It fits like a glove to my tall skinny-ish body (6'4" 194lb / 194cm 88kg). It's also noticeably lighter than REI 600 down jacket (no hood)Can't say anything about warmth as I'm yet to test it out this upcoming weekend, but so far I'm happy with the purchase.
