Bragg is high standards %26 quality

HIGH quality healthful accoutrement that works great used as a substitute for soy sauce. (Soy is one of the worst genetically engineered foods there is and this product is NOT genetically engineered.) This product also makes a fantastic marinade for meats, or used as an ingredient in crock pot beans, stir fry noodles or rice—you name it. It is expensive, but the value is good when it's compared to typical soy sauce that is laced with extremely unhealthy components.

Sweet savory sauce

Does NOT replace soy sauce. If you want the flavor of Soy Sauce, ya gotta use Soy Sauce, and this brand makes one, it's called Aminos something. However, if you want an interesting, mild, slightly sweet NOT too salty sauce to put on stir fried vegetables or a bowl of rice, which is how I use it, it is really good. It's not gooey and sticky and cloying sweet either.

Fantastic quality and flavor! Very versatile.

This has become an absolutely indespesable product for me. I had to stop eating a ton of foods for medical reasons and this has replaced both soy sauce and worcestershire sauce in all of my recipes. The flavor is slightly more sweet and thick than soy sauce, but most people can't even tell the difference in the foods I make. This is the highest quality non-fermented coconut aminos I have ever used. Definitely recommend trying it out.
