Don't Put all your rocks in 1 basket!
First is like to say I have only good things to say about there pool products, they are my #1 choice. HOWEVER, I was searching for a Cali.King/King and since apparently it was not available in this model I went ahead and Purchased this bed going the comfort would put weight the size. After all it was suppose to be used as a Extra for guest so I went for this model due to the added USB. It remained in the box unopened till a week ago. I was upset, first time out of the box and inflated for the FIRST Time there was a Huge BULGE on the side. Unsure if it was safe to use back in the box it went and remains. I contacted Intex two weeks ago and was just on the phone with them (3x) because I haven't received any information as they stated to claim a replacement. The Rep was Great but so far I've been let down by this product and this warranty process.
