Service is nice
Zipr gives really good service. I had an issue with tracking my package and their service team called me letting me know the status of my delivery. On top of that the day my wheelchair arrived a member of their team called me to make sure that I got my package. They are really helpful in addressing any concerns. Reached out to them to have them assist in setting up the wheelchair. They are the nicest people ever, spent 30 min with them going over set up step by step with Zipr. Really great company!

Great Power-chair
Zip'r was quick to ship out my new motorized wheelchair. It came with simple and clear set-up instructions, very helpful when your 85. I easily was able to assemble the chair, and have been using it non-stop. Definite life changer, made everything so much easier!
