NO MORE having to use drops every hour!! These are soothing, and I generally only need them 2 or 3 times a day! I have always used Refresh brand tears for my moderate to severe Dry Eye Disease, however I was having to use them several times an hour. these eye drops work well and the fact that they're preservative free is a real plus Yes, they're more expensive but you're worth it. be sure to read the directions as you have to squirt out the first couple of drops before using them on your eyes.
