Perfect balance of sweet and heat!
This Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce is a total winner. When you first bite into it you get a really nice sweet and savory flavor profile from the soy and seasoning. The heat level definitely kicks in on the back note. I would say the spice level is a little bit above medium but in a really good way. The texture is perfect because it is nice and sticky on the wings and definitely makes you want to lick your fingers. No crumbs or mess left behind because it sticks so well. It tastes just like the restaurant version. For the best results I preseason my wings with a little bit of olive oil and Cajun seasoning. I air fry them at 360 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes then boost the heat to 400 degrees for another 8 to 10 minutes. Make sure to flip your wings halfway through each cycle so they cook evenly. Let them rest for 2 minutes before tossing them in this sauce. They come out perfectly crispy and the sauce clings to them perfectly. Highly recommend this for any wing lover.

If you're into flavor with just the right kick, this one deserves a permanent spot in your sauce rotation. I know it will definitely be in my cupboard as a permanent sauce choice!
