Organic Date Sugar, 1lb - Packaged in a zip locked bag - Need to refrigerate after opening. Low Glycemic content. Dosage is one teaspoon, no benefit in exceeding. Works well in coffee, tea, smoothies etc. Just keep it to one teaspoon. I bought this to avoid artificial sweeteners and regular sugar. I used it with Ezekiel 4.9 flax cereal, tasted great.
