Holy grail
I apply my concealer with my fingers and lightly dab it in, then spray my makeup sponge with this primer water, and finish blending. I then do the exact same thing with my foundation. Add a little setting powder, and it holds all day without creasing. PS I'm a 40 year old with fine lines around my eyes and very dry skin, this is the only thing I've found that works, and thank God it's cheap!
