its big as heck which it great. if you need a good reference, i am 6'4 and end to end from the floor it goes past my waist. you could fit a lot of stuff in there if you plan it right. i would also still buy a bungee cord with it to double secure the twistable lid and watch out for possible capsizing due to too much water in cooler. all in all i wouldve kept it if i had a kayak or bigger family. on a paddleboard for 2 people its just way too much.

Amazing product many useful purposes
I love mine, I use it for a live well behind my kayak and a cooler for any other time. They are very very sturdy, I forgot to strap mine down and it flew off of my truck at 55mph and all it did was put a couple scratches on it. One thing I do reccomend is buying the creek kooler towing strap. Ordinary rope or strap will absorb the water and make alot of drag and extra work for you. The creek kooler towing strap doesn't absord water and it floats. Overall I love it.

This cooler is incredible! Took on maiden voyage in ocean from local beach to houseboat. The wind and waves were crazy. This cooler just kept on floating on top looking pretty and everything inside stayed dry when I reached my destination. I did notice one thing - if kayaking, do not have it too close to the kayak - if there is any type of wave/wind, it will keep hitting your kayak as it floats - I just loosened up the rope and let it float about a foot behind the kayak, and it was perfect. It will not hold two bags of ice if you want to keep the ice in the bags - the bags do not conform well to the storage inside - but - if you break open the bags, it will hold both bags, and many groceries - it is the perfect companion for a day on the water..
