I'm a long-time mug soap and brush shaver. Over the decades, I've used soap cakes that tended to lose their lather as the cake depleted. Not this product. Great lather and consistent performance from start to finish of the cake. Smooth lather that allows my razor to glide across my face without razor burn or that "dry shave" feel. from some thinner soaps. Has a great fragrance, too.
