Oh my gosh, I love this far better than the prescribed iron for my toddler. The prescription is so constipating! This does constipate a little if I administer it everyday. So, with the doctor's permission, I give it to the child every other day. And iron levels are still within normal range for the doctor. . And it's easier to stimulate movement by adding a little more fruit.
