Apple-Flavored Little Rings of “I'm Trying to Be an Adult” Energy I bought the OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings because apparently my metabolism needed a pep talk, a tiny life coach, and maybe a snack-shaped committee meeting. First of all, these do not taste like punishment, which is shocking because “apple cider vinegar” usually sounds like something your wellness friend drinks while explaining their morning routine with way too much eye contact. But these? Apple flavored, chewy, easy to take, and honestly way more enjoyable than I expected. My taste buds showed up prepared for betrayal and instead got a tiny apple ring vacation. They have apple cider vinegar, B12, and chromium picolinate, which makes me feel like I'm making a responsible choice even if the rest of my day includes eating crackers over the sink like a stressed raccoon. I take them and suddenly I'm the kind of person who thinks about water intake, steps, protein, and whether walking through the grocery store counts as cardio. The gummy ring shape is also fun. Regular vitamins are boring little tablets that look like they were designed by a tax accountant. These look like candy went to a wellness seminar and came back with a clipboard.
