It gets pretty hot so you don't have to keep going back to the same area and repeat the curling. Does the job on the first try. Love the barel size to. Makes my hair look really cute. Amazing Curling Iron!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! I am in love with this Hot Tools Professional Curling Iron!! I will only purchase this brand and kind moving forward. It works amazing. I have thick long hair and I can fit 1 piece of my long hair in this curling iron easily. It fits. This Black Gold 1" Marcel Curling Iron has a locking and rotating Marcel wand. I like that's it has settings up to 455 degrees F. It has a locking and rotating handle as well. I like how it also has a very comfortable grip that most other curling irons doesn't have. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a crisp and beautiful curl. It gets hot fast! It is 24K Gold with Titanium and Ceramic with Micro Shine Finish. Amazing!!

Professional Looking Curls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, let me start by saying there is a learning curve to using this type of curling iron. I had a stylist friend show me some tips, but it felt very awkward in the beginning. It took a couple of weeks before I really got the hang of it, but it is so worth the extra work and now my curls look almost as good as when I go to a stylist. Once you figure it out, it is much quicker than a traditional curling iron and I'm sure better for your hair as well. I love the range of temperature as I need to go pretty high on my thick, coarse hair. If you're willing to put in the time to learn how to use this, it will totally change your curling game!
