This was my first purchase of Tiger Balm. it exceeded expectations! The most prominent scents are cloves and cinnamon. It is like Vicks on steroids, but without an overwhelming medical smell. I was having trouble sleeping due to sinus issues, and rubbing a little on my chest and neck kept me clear all night. A dab on each temple helps if a headache is starting. Try it, it is great stuff!

Red Tiger balm is a definite go to when you are very sore after a long work day or when you know you're going to do something manual labor to have nearby to put on aching joints afterwards. I been using this since childhood so almost 30 years and it has not let me down. It also helps with headaches when put on the temples for me as well.
