I have used whitening strips in the past with mixed results. I don’t have huge issues with sensitive teeth, but I have experienced it slightly in the past with other strips. I received the Equate ultra white teeth whitening strips. This kit comes with 12 treatments in one box. So that means 24 strips total, 12 upper and 12 lower. One little packages contains the strips for both upper and lower teeth, so you tear it open and the set is ready to go. I honestly say these things are easy to use and they do a good job. After one application I think surface stains are reduced. I think if you used them every day for awhile then it would make a noticeable difference. I also do not notice any sensitivity on my teeth after using them. That was my main concern having my teeth be sensitive after using them, but tehre is none of that with this product. All it takes is 30 minutes a day with this product. Easy to wear them around the house! When you are going out on the town or just need to see a whiter smile these things are good for your money when you compare to more expensive brands especially. The strips are somewhat sticky and very easy to apply. Just stick to your teeth and your gums help them stay down. Very easy for anyone to do.
