Adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. Children under 6 years of age: ask a doctor. To Use: Shake well before use. Hold white tabs, press grooved area of cap firmly and turn counter clockwise. Before using the first time, prime metered pump by depressing pump firmly several times. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use. Secure cap after use.

Fast onset of action.
Really fast onset of action - within 10 to 15 minutes. Works for me every single time and really effective. Direction is way to follow which is provided on the box and storage is a room temperature so makes it easier when traveling.

Works quickly & keeps work
I suffer from seasonal allergies with nasal congestion. This spray is very easy to use, and has a menthol/camphor additive, so it also feels nice and doesn't burn or dry my nasal membranes out. It works quickly to ease my nasal congestion, and I find that it keeps working for several hours. I use this in the morning before I leave for work, and I'm still congestion-free around dinner time that evening. There's also no drowsiness, as typical of many allergy medications. The package is small & convenient, so it's easy to carry in my purse. I would recommend this to anyone dealing with allergy-related sinus congestion. Breathing good for the 1st time in days
Got this to try. Michigan winters are very reef on my sinuses. Even though I run a humidifier daily I still wake up everyday having a hard time breathing through my nose. After trying other sprays with no success I decided to try afrin allergy sinus. All I can say is wow it sure is nice to be able to breathe through my nose and not feel so much sinus pressure.
