Has a nice raspberry lemon taste, so that's something to consider when putting in tea. I prefer to use Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Honey, Celestial Seasonings Lemon Ginger or Yogi Blueberry Sage teas.

Great product it works calms mind %26 body

This product works. It gets rid of leg muscle cramps. The taste is just fine but the unflavored didn’t bother me. I was fine with it. I got this because it was available and it has a good flavor and it helps me calm down and relax to be able to go to sleep at night.

Sometimes I could not shut off the thoughts in my head and get some sleep. I heard of Calm and why not ... give it a try. Well ... it works ! I mixed it as directed a half hour before bed time and actually fell asleep without even knowing it. Slept soundly for 7 hours, contrary to some reviews, did not have the poopies. I found the 16 oz bottle on Walmart for the best price out there too. Get some ... it works !
