Easier than chopping!

I do not always need an entire onion in recipes, so having the frozen chopped onions on hand is great. I use what I need, and put the rest in the freezer. It saves money, as I don't throw away anything. I like to keep a bag on hand so I can add to any recipe I make.

I cook with these frozen onions all the time and I really like them. I especially like using in the slow cooker when I make lasagna and other pasta based dishes as well as breakfast casseroles and so on.
