Stale and falling apart

It took almost a month to receive the candy bars. I had to contact the seller twice to find out what's going on. They said that my order was delayed due to high volume. I ordered them on Feb 10th and received them March 2nd. When I finally received them, I was very disappointed with the quality. They look like they had melted at some point. The candy bars are stale and falling apart. The outer chocolate crumbles and falls off. The whipped center is shrunken, chewy, and tastes weird. I will never order candy bars off the Walmart website again. It's a waste of time and money. I wonder if Walmart has any type of quality control with their sellers.
