the first bottle i received seem to work pretty good with helping me cough up the mucous better and eased my breath issues some. 4 days after starting the drops i had an appointment with my primary doctor that told me my lungs sounded clearer than they have in along time. i made the mistake of ordering my next bottle when i was almost out and by the time i got the order in i had been out for a few days and regretted waiting about ordering more because i was going back to having alot of breathing issues again maybe not as bad but bad enough that i really believe if has helped a great deal. i didnt have to use my rescue inhaler near as often. i hope after taking for a few months of not missing the drops i will not need the inhalers. i do recommend trying them. i was surprised how well they help me.
