This is by far my favorite glucose monitor out there... My batteries burned out after 3 years.... Maybe a little less but I would definitely recommend this because it is inexpensive if you have to pay for it yourself and it's more reliable than the ones my insurance pays for...

It works like it's supposed to be. I needed one. I had the strips, but I left the monitor at home so Walmart did rescue it does what it supposed to do. Check my sugar. I recommended if you need one Accu Chek Close monitor.
