Would buy again!
This worked out great for some large patches in the back and some very thin areas in the front. We raked, aerated and aggregated the topsoil before applying. Watered several times a day and kept it wet, you'll know when to water as it dries out and changes color. 20 days later and the new grass is thick and beautiful!

Love this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had several bare spots in my lawn so I tried Pennington smart patch tall fescue and with a little fertilizer and water I have a beautiful lawn without those awful looking bare spots.
