Amazing capabilities

This microwave does everything, but not easy to use. Long learning curve and so far have not tried all features. Microwave power is lower than our old one and so have to heat 2-3 times longer, it not a real problem.

Worst appliances ever.

We purchased new appliances 3.5 years ago. All GE cafe line and boy do I regret it! Our fridge has been replaced already, dish washer replaced already, and now our microwave will not work. It turns constantly when plugged in and doesn't heat food. These appliances cost way too much money for all the replacements needed in such a short time.

Poor quality; breaks frequently

I've had this microwave less than 3 years. Recently it stopped working so I had the authorized repair service come take a look at it. The door switch had already failed, but I chalked it up to bad luck. Now the microwave won't even power on. I can't afford to have somebody repair the microwave every few months/weeks. I've never had a microwave break so quickly, and this one broke twice.
