Fantastic set and can't wait for more

Our entire family are Zelda and LEGO mad, adults and kids alike, so we absolutely had to have this set. It really doesn't disappoint. It was enjoyable to build, looks incredible and has some brilliant special touches. We love the fact that you can play out scenes from two of the games, with the four mini figures and their props included. The kids are already thinking up animations they can make with the set. Plus it looks great on display in our son's Zelda themed bedroom. We have high hopes for this range and look forward to more sets, both big and small, being released!

Amazing design

Knowing nothing of the Zelda game I bought this on pre-order purely because of the great design features. I can see it being a super playable set for fans of the game but I have it as a display piece and it certainly doesn't disappoint. It reminds me of the tree ents in LOTR I built the Breath of the Wild version first and then the Ocarina of Time which is the version I want to have on display. The features of both and movement of the faces are brilliantly designed and the build is easy to follow.... but I found the 'unbuilding' was not a great experience and would have rather been able to buy each tree as a separate set. Maybe an expansion set containing the extra bricks to make both sets would be a good idea for Lego to make available as I think buying 2 sets to make both trees would be too prohibitive pricewise for a lot of people. Also I'm not keen on this new design of the box with the lid and feel it's a bit flimsy compared to the usual boxes Delivery was good and I received my set a couple of days before the release date.

A dream come true

Ever since I saw Lego made Mario sets I wanted to see them make a Zelda set. This does not disappoint. You may see the price and turn away from that but it definitely is worth the money. From the detailed minifigures, the features and the fact that everything is printed and not a sticker in sight. The new moulds for weapons and minifigure parts are perfect as well. The only annoyance I had is that my BOTW Link's legs are a bit miss printed which is annoying.
