All I ever used on hamburger patties was salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Purchased this on a whim and wow, now we use on every kind of burger we make. Ground beef patties, chicken burgers, turkey burgers, etc. Have even put it on steak and pork chops with great success. Has a hint of sweetness, salty goodness, garlic and onion flavor, and peppery notes. Everything you want on a hamburger and nothing you don't.
