Great addition to my kitchen gadgets

I am used to manual pressure cookers like the ones I grew up with. I am glad I have this one now, it's super simple to use and great for quick or quicker meals. It's so easy to use that the first few times, I thought I was using the machine wrong. Since a lot of people use Instant pots, finding recipes and how-tos online is fast, and you can set it up quickly.

Love the versatility!

I love how you can use this product for so many things! My favorites are slow cook, saute, and making yogurt! I do have one critique - when making yogurt on the boil setting, it doesn't actually get it up to the required 180 degrees, but I use the saute feature very briefly and it gets it up high enough!

Love the quick cooking time!

I think this machine is about to change my life. We smoke a lot of chickens on the smoker, which leaves me with a lot of leftover bones. I love to make broth but hate how long it has to cook and how much it smells up the house. I made flavorful broth in 45 min with this instant pot and my chicken was even frozen with minimal smell. Big fan! The soup was great.
