These Tastes Great! They look like and taste just like a cherry gum drop. Chew it up GOOD AND THEN SWALLOW. Drink some water to wash it down. It took 2.5 to 3 weeks before I noticed any changes. It works! My friend who also started taking them at the same time, said it took 1.5 to 2 weeks for her to notice changes. The cognizine has to build up in the brain a little at a time. I've been suffering with severe brain fog for 2 years. I have been to multiple doctors, neurologists, and specialists.
