I am a real estate agent who represented lenders during the foreclosure crisis back in 2006-2010. One of my clients bought a house with real hardwood floors that were dull to the point of the client's thinking he had to replace them. We bought Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish and brought those floors back to life. I am now the listing agent for a house with engineered hardwood floors. We were told engineered hardwood floors could not be refinished. This product brought them back to life too.
