Feeding Instructions

Cat's Weight 5 - 10 lbs. = Amount Daily 1/2 - 3/4 cup (using a standard 8 oz. measuring cup) Cat's Weight 11 - 16 lbs. = Amount Daily 3/4 - 1 cup (using a standard 8 oz. measuring cup) A single morning serving will allow your cat to nibble freely throughout the day. The serving size should be adjusted based on your cat's age and activity level. Kittens - Feed 2 times the adult requirement. Pregnant or Nursing Cats - Feed 2-4 times the adult requirement. Always provide your cat with a fresh bowl of water. Changes in your cat's diet should be made gradually to allow your cat to become accustomed to a new food. Substitute small amounts of the new food for the old food, gradually increasing the amount of the new food while decreasing the old food over a period of 7 - 10 days. They eat wet, but always have a bowl of dry food. Because we moved from a large house feeding feral cats, opossums , skunks and of course raccoons - we had the big bags my two indoor cats.couldn't move. I finally out of big bags I bought a small bag 3.5 lbs I think I put some in the dry bowl. They were happy. Day 2. Dry bowl full - mommy goes out for 2 hours. Cats have not touched bowl, but have ripped open the bag and are daintily eating Meow mix from the bag, a piece in the paw, one at a time. Dry bowl still full of Same meow mix. Bag now gets pushed all over kitchen and this is how we eat it. Fun game! I guess I'm just lucky they let me live here!

The first time I bought this flavor of meow mix for my 11 year old cat he went absolutely nuts to get it out of the Walmart bag and I believe he would've torn open the bag himself to get to it. He loves it and didn't want to finish up his regular meow mix. Makes him very very happy! I guess I have a seafood lover. It's actually chicken and tuna flavors. I'll attach a picture.
