Lifable Kids complex gummies
The Lifeable Kids Complex Gummies was something that I really wanted my daughter to try. I liked that it included Vitamin B and C. It's a larger bottle count of ninety so it will last us a while. She tried the gummy and she said it was a soft gummy but didn't quiet taste like strawberry. She said she would still take them which is great for me! I always look at the sugars also and it only had 1g of sugar. The recommended dose for kids is to take 1 per day. She can take this in the morning with her breakfast. I'm very happy with this vitamin because she will get her nutrients even if its an off day and we don't eat what we need to. I received this in exchange for my honest review and I'm super happy that we did. We will definitely be using the Lifeable vitamin B and C gummies.
