Better than expected... almost fun...
Like many Chinese manufactured products, these are made in one or two places, then different brand names are slapped on them, so a quick scan of YouTube will give you a good idea about this. Short and sometimes non-sensical instructions. Easy to use, and surprisingly good performance. Best for RV users, dorms, and individuals... may not be suitable for families. Handles anything I throw at it, except blankets, comforters, and winter jackets. Be forewarned... the drain hose, water input hose, AND the power cord are all short (3'-4') so plan on another $25 to rectify this. But this is an easy recommend... and if/when someone figures out how to add heat to the processes (especially drying), this will be a no-brainer.
