this Alka-Seltzer gold is fantastic for Lyme disease. Unfortunately, they don't make it anymore. it neutralizes the acid from the Lyme disease germs being killed in your system.

No aspirin? No problem!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone that suffers from acid indigestion and upset stomach post eating - this done did what it said it would. So here's the deal: I tried this post Italian food (the red sauce always gets me good) and wine. I dropped alka seltzer tablet in a glass of water, waited for the fizz and drank it. I only used one tablet, and to be honest the taste isn't bad! Not great by any means truthfully, but definitely not bad and it really got rid of my heartburn and indigestion. Totally recommend!

Quick Acting Medicine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The medicine dissolved quickly in my water and there was hardly any residue at the bottom of the glass, which is something I've always disliked about dissolvable anti acid tablets. The fizziness it added made it easy to drink, and while I wasn't a huge fan of the taste (I wish they could make a flavored version of these!), it was worth it for how quickly it resolved my upset stomach and heartburn. I think these tablets are noticeably more effective and quick acting than you-know-who's chewy ones, and I would recommend that anybody who regularly faces these issues pick up a box!
