Awesome quick dessert! I prefer the original chocolate oreos. The cookie part has the best chocolate flavor to me and it has less center so i get a whole lot of chocolate flavor😁 BUT my family loves the sweet delicious double stuff in the middle and they only want them... So i buy the double stuffs for them and take a little of the stuff out of the middle of the ones i eat. I Could get a pack of each kind, but i might eat a whole bag by myself. They are so good.!!!

Oreos are a healthy choice for anyone with iron deficiency's. 2 Oreos is about 1mg of iron, so if you eat 36 double stuffed Oreos you then have eaten 18 mg of iron and that's the recommend amount for an adult in a daily basis… that's also only around 1,800 calories so if all you ate in a day was 36 Oreos you are not only staying under the recommended calories per person you are also receiving %100 of the recommended iron intake for an adult… go buy a pack!
