Excellent!

This is an excellent mineral for someone with a deficiency Iron it will benefit from tremendously. The packaging was there very good size for The price as is the Quality of the Ingredient. There is no bad taste, since it's pill form, if you have symptoms of low iron I would recommend this supplement

Very good Iron!

I take Ferrochel form of iron that is gentle with stomach. I have a slight anemia, so I do different courses of iron during the year, with breaks. It's essential to cover the deficiency, for blood, for general well-being, to have less fatigue. You should test your iron levels before going with a dosage.
