This is chocolate at one of its best cold weather faves. Creamy chocolate flavor from tapioca, I assume tapioca 'perls' DARK chocolate rather than milk choc, just keeps getting healthy ratings from science research alerts I love. Not usually a dark choc. fan but I'm trying for the healthy qualities and it's a success so far -after nearly 2 months of drinking (with only hot water added, as called for, no milk). I'd like to try the sugar free version if it'd drop a dollar in price at Walmart. Quick shipping for now, hope that stays the norm as more cold weather hits. Hot chocolate tastes as good as the 'grandmother versions' - Abuela recipe. Try it!
