Picky cat

My picky cat loves this cat food and that is saying something. He doesn't like any hard food. But he are it. It has tuna and brown rice and the first ingredient is tuna which surprised me. If the picky one loved I know the other ones will like it too.

Tommy Loves It!

Charlie took a while to try it. I had actually stopped giving my cats dry food for a couple of weeks because Tommy has a funny tummy and sometimes throws up after eating. After having him checked out at the vet, they suggested I try narrowing down what foods give him a problem, and I started by eliminating dry food. However, l liked what I read on the package of Chicken Soup for the Soul: Made with brown rice; tuna is the #1 ingredient; no by-products; no wheat, corn or soy; no artificial colors, preservatives or flavors. Since I hadn't been feeding my cats any dry food for a while, I didn't have to follow the recommendation to make a gradual transition, but based on previous experience with other brands, it's generally a good idea. So, I filled a dish with the tuna flavor. Tommy came running and gobbled it down with relish. Best of all, he did not throw it up afterwards; it's been a week and there haven't been any stomach upsets. My other cat, Charlie, took one step toward the bowl and 5 steps back on the first day. After a few days, however, she started to eat it. I have no idea what that was about. There is other information on the package that I like: This food is made in the USA; the company helps feed shelter pets; the product is 100% satisfaction guaranteed; the bag is made with 30% minimum recycled material. Chicken Soup for the Soul claims to promote healthy vision & heart, healthy digestion, healthy skin & coat, and immune support. So far, I am very pleased to feed this food to my cats.
