Size up but they are really nice.

Size up. I ordered my regular size and it was about 2 sizes too small. I ordered up 2 sizes and it was nice and perfect for what I wanted. I wanted these to be my inside tent sleeping shoes. I ordered sherpa socks and wanted plenty of room for them inside. These shoes will be perfect for what I wanted for camping. If you live in a cabin it would be the same thing. If you are in a regular apartment maybe only size up one size. Anyway I love them :) They are very warm.
