Fluffy cloud bed

If you are within normal BMI range and a side sleeper that prefers sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Then keep reading. If you prefer sleeping on a brick. This isn't for you keep looking. I waited about a month before writing this review. I originally brought this bed for a converted office to a guest bedroom for a temporary fix for the holidays, with all intention of throwing it out or putting it in storage for next year. Until I slept on it. I'm the type of person who values a good nights rest and will spend a fortune on beds and the finest bedding available. My previous primary mattress costs an embarrassing amount, like you could buy a vehicle for the amount I've spent. That expensive bed has been moved to a guest bedroom and I have been sleeping on this bed. Delivery was so easy and unboxing I was able to do by myself. Be patient and give it a couple days to “fluff” up before you complain. I cannot believe the quality and craftsmanship. So far this is comparable to a very expensive mattress. As far how it will age we will see I'll update this review if anything changes. I'm hoping it last because this is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. My partner thought I was insane until they slept on it too.

Standard vs Harper

Theres two hybrids mattresses that Brooklyn Bedding offer on Walmart.com. I attached pictures of both models. The blue color one is the standard and the black one is the Harper. The main difference between the two is that the Harper has gel and the standard does not. For me the gel/Harper felt like I was sleeping on a fully inflated air mattress. The standard felt.... well like a comfortable mattress. Be wary, both are medium in firmness. I would say the Harper is slightly more medium firm and the standard is more true medium, which was weird because just looking at both mattresses, you would think that the Harper was going to be more plush because of the height difference on top. We tried both the 12 and a 14 inch version of each mattress. The height difference surprisingly did not make it a difference in comfort and felt the same on both models. Even though the 14 inch looks like a euro, the extra on top didn't make it a "euro" or "pillow top". The sides of the bed weren't bad either and didn't sink as much as I thought they would Purchasing from Walmart comes with a 90 day return period. Returning them was a real pain as we had to buy vacuum seal bags from Amazon. Hope this short review helps others decide since theres very little information online comparing the two. For us, the standard was a very comfortable budget mattress very well worth the $318 we paid for a king size mattress.

No Fiberglass thankfully!

All I wanted in this was an affordable mattress that didn't have fiberglass in it, so this was a good pick for me. If you're on a budget and need to replace an old mattress that's hurting your back, this one conveniently ships to your doorstep. (I am built more petite though, so I can't personally confirm if it's as comfortable for someone bigger.) I still have trouble sleeping sometimes but I'm sure it's just from stress, I wouldn't attribute it to the mattress. There's more luxurious beds on the market of course, but I don't got money for luxury, so... Yeah, in a few months I'll have had it for a year and I don't regret my purchase so far. I'd even consider repurchasing it someday if it gets worn out.
