I love how their are diverse strains, both Pro/Prebiotics with 50 Billion CFU, third-party tested, non-GMO, no soy, gluten, or dairy. Helps keep me regular with digestive, vaginal, urinary and overall gut support. Takes about 1-2 weeks if just starting out to notice difference and some may notice temporary excess gas, stomach discomfort or bloating while your body gets adjusted to it! Capsule is super easy to swallow and NO taste. Great product!!
