I LOVE but...a very FEW Issues

The height is nice, fits nicely in my hand, the handle is flat and wide making it comfortable resting on my open fingers but uncomfortable if I need my fingers closed. I got one blue one as a gift for my sis, but the color is so VERY vibrant and beautiful that I had to order a 2nd one for myself ! Hers was fine, but mine has a slight strange smell and taste that did not wash away and that is very disappointing to me and for me. Especially after no issue at all with one Blue one NOR this Orchid color one! The straw that goes in your mouth to take a "sip" is much too wide to take sips comfortably and take a good amount of getting used to. When I clicked on "Visit The Brita Store", you can't even get replacement filters for this from there ! Another disappointment. But back to the good stuff; BOTH of my two bottles can fit on the door in my mini fridge so I can always have my water cold now! ALSO, my large fridge has filtered water so I HAVE tried the bottles without the filter inside %26 they work just fine that way. Per the info, this will not filter like their pitchers anyway.

saw it on sale for just over $16, so i decided to grab one for myself to use when i do parades/dance outtings. it has a built in compartment for a filter, which makes me feel better about using sketchy tap water that is accessible when on the go. the handle allows me to carry in a bag or snap onto a waistband or pack with a carabiner clip. i purchased orchard, which is like a pale plum purple color.. so my family doesn't accidentally take this one too lol. (Theirs are green, red, and blue water bottles.) the mouthpiece, cap, and bottle are easy to clean (even if you get costume make up on it). And the design helps to prevent spills, even when it turns upside down in my bag.
